If you would like to participate with your merchandise, please fill out the form below with your website link and what merchandise you would like to offer. You can also contact us directly at 212 243-0456 or jazzcaresfund@aol.com. This is a win-win situation, working musicians helping musicians in need. You will receive a minimum of $13 for each of your CDs. You set the price as to how much you want to donate to the Jazz Foundation of America's Jazz Musicians' Emergency Fund. Minimum donation is $1 per CD.
